Welcome to Adorn & Co. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or purchasing our products.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However:
- Product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, or lighting conditions.
- Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to batch production or handcrafted manufacturing.
- Product dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly.
These variations do not qualify as product defects.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Promotional offers are valid only for the specified period.
In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund if payment has already been received.
4. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Adorn & Co. reserves the right to:
- Cancel orders due to stock shortages.
- Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.
- Limit quantities purchased by a single customer.
- Refuse service where misuse of promotions or policies is detected.
If your order is cancelled after payment, a complete refund will be processed using the original payment method.
5. Payment Methods
We currently accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- JazzCash
Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation where applicable.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
To reduce fraudulent orders:
- We may contact customers for order verification.
- Unverified orders may be cancelled.
- Customers who repeatedly refuse deliveries without valid reasons may lose future COD privileges.
7. Shipping Policy
We deliver across Pakistan.
Estimated delivery times:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:
- Courier delays
- Public holidays
- Weather conditions
- Operational disruptions
Tracking details will be shared whenever available.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping information.
- Supplying an active phone number.
- Being available to receive delivery.
Incorrect addresses may result in additional shipping charges.
9. Intellectual Property
All content including logos, product images, graphics, website design, and written content belongs to Adorn & Co.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Adorn & Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product ordered.
