At Adorn & Co., we strive to deliver your orders safely and on time across Pakistan.
Delivery Coverage
We currently ship to all major cities and serviceable areas across Pakistan.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Major Cities: 2–4 Business Days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 Business Days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and location.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.
We may offer Free Shipping during promotional campaigns.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email whenever available.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations across Pakistan.
For security purposes, some COD orders may require confirmation by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges for redelivery.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- Courier service issues
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Political or operational disruptions
- Natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances
Adorn & Co. cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us immediately.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and provide updates. Replacement or refund decisions will be made after the courier's investigation is completed.
Refused Deliveries
Customers who refuse deliveries without a valid reason may lose eligibility for future Cash on Delivery orders.
